Daniel Island is a 4,000-acre master planned community between the Cooper and Wando Rivers within the historic city of Charleston, SC. It is home to Seven Farms Apartments, a low income housing tax credit development, financed with a gap loan from Lowcountry Housing Trust. This project creates a diverse community by serving as an affordable rental option in a part of the city that would normally be cost prohibitive for low-income families.
