LHT's Technical Assistance Program

Many developers and non-profit organizations seek guidanceon how to successfully apply for funding, ensure compliance with policies and ordinances, and achieve project completion for community development projects.  In response to this demand, LHT developed its technical assistance program.


LHT's technical assistance program provides targeted, individualized technical assistance to developers who are constructing or rehabilitating affordable housing and community development projects in low to moderate income communities.  This technical assistance will provide non-profit, for profit, and municipal developers with resources to not only achieve successful project completion, but strengthen communities and economic development for the Lowcountry.

 
The following is a list of technical services provided by LHT.  Services can be provided at an hourly rate or flat fee for full financing applications.
